Physician Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking) - Outpatient Practice Location: Queens, New York Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible) Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy outpatient practice in Flushing, New York. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community. Fluency in Mandarin is required to ensure culturally competent care. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care and long-term health management. Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office as part of your weekly schedule. Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care. Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as labs and imaging. Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications: Physician Assistant (PA) certification and active New York State license . Fluency in Mandarin is required. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or family practice preferred (new graduates are welcome). Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide culturally competent care . Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Work Schedule: Full-Time: 40 hours per week. Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week. Weekends: Optional (not required). Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays.
