Description The Reset Implementation Specialist is responsible for performing Market/Vending resets assigned by the Merchandising Team. The Reset Implementation Strategist excels in following plan-o-grams, attention to detail, and communicating with Coordinators to ensure proper execution. Merchandising: Merchandise products according to Market and Vending Plan-o-grams. Gather and report customer feedback. Maintain established inventory levels for all products, including soft drinks, pre-packaged food, sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, fruits, vegetables, candy, pastry snack items, and hot and cold beverages. Count, record, and follow the inventory ordering protocol. Restock shelves, coolers, machines, and coffee. Follow protocols for inventory tracking and product rotation. Collect and record out-of-date or rejected merchandise. Product Delivery: Review inventory requirements to identify needed products for each location on a predetermined schedule. Work closely with warehouse and delivery personnel to ensure all products are ready. Load and unload products safely. Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle. Communicate with management regarding product and scheduling changes. Cash Handling: Collect money from kiosks/vending machines. Follow cash handling and loss prevention protocols. Record transactions appropriately. Monitor activity for potential misconduct. Food Safety & Sanitation: Ensure proper handling and refrigeration of perishable items during transit and stocking. Maintain appropriate cooler temperatures. Perform routine cleaning of equipment and surfaces around points of sale. Inventory: Complete and submit full inventory counts as needed. Audit: Inspect food quality and appearance; report stale products, review 'pick' sheets, and conduct final walk-throughs. Additional projects and assignments as assigned. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Must pass DOT requirements. Prior retail experience and familiarity with basic merchandising preferred. Basic computer skills. Chauffeur's license. Physical Requirements Climbing in and out of vehicles. Loading and unloading products. Bending, stooping, pulling/pushing, twisting. Walking and standing for long periods. Regular lifting up to 25-50 pounds. Operating a company truck. The physical demands may be met with or without accommodations.
