Job Description

A busy, dynamic family based in Springfield, VA is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support a wide range of professional and personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for both household and business-related matters, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the client and their family. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support for various business ventures, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization 

• Act as a central point person for the household, liaising between the family and vendors, service providers, and staff 

• Manage errands and personal tasks as needed 

• Keep bills organized and ensure timely bill payments 

• Oversee paperwork organization for both household and business matters 

• Help the client stay on top of deadlines, appointments, and priorities 

• Offer general support to ensure the smooth running of the home and family activities, including logistics related to the children (ages 3, 9, and 11) 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of similar experience  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism 

• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented 

• Comfortable working around children and contributing to a family-oriented environment 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week
