Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent with hands-on experience in ground-up luxury residential construction. This role requires strong leadership on-site and a deep command of Procore to manage day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of projects—on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations from site prep to final walkthrough for high-end custom homes
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and in-house teams to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Uphold job site safety protocols in alignment with OSHA and company policies
• Utilize Procore to maintain detailed records including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure strict adherence to construction documents, specifications, and quality benchmarks
• Facilitate and document subcontractor meetings; coordinate all inspections with municipal agencies
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving delays or cost impacts
• Partner with the Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery
• Act as a professional company representative when interfacing with clients, vendors, and the community

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising luxury custom home builds
• Proficient in Procore for documentation, communication, and schedule tracking
• In-depth understanding of residential construction techniques and local building codes
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; adept at problem-solving and team coordination
• Proven track record of managing complex timelines and subcontractor performance
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and dependable transportation

Preferred

• Prior experience working in the Palm Beach or Broward County markets
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Familiarity with additional software tools such as Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam
