Responsibilities Maintain and develop in-house endpoint association and modeling/prediction pipelines using advanced machine learning techniques to identify biomarkers of clinical response and resistance, and extend the biomarker platform's analytical capabilities. Develop and maintain survival prediction pipelines utilizing multi-omics data to predict survival endpoints. Perform multi-omics integration analysis and pan-study analysis to identify biomarkers predictive of safety and efficacy endpoints. Serve as a subject matter expert and lead the application of open-source ML libraries (R and Python) to clinical trial and real-world data. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Doctorate with 1-2 years of experience, OR Master's with 3-5 years of experience, OR Bachelor's with 5-7 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications PhD or MS in Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in bioinformatics, applied mathematics, or statistics analyzing large-scale biological datasets (e.g., genome sequencing, RNA-seq, proteomics). Knowledge of clinical bioinformatics and real-world biomarker data. Proficiency in Python and R, including DevOps tools (version control, ML Ops).
