We are looking for a committed leader who can build something new for the ANTA brand. This candidate has a winning mentality and a desire to build a long-lasting career. They operate well in ambiguity and can make decisions quickly yet resourcefully. Leadership and experience in the retail world is absolutely necessary for this role. A passion for sport and fitness is a nice to have, but energy and a positive attitude is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an absolute All-Star with a strong work ethic and incredible leadership skills.
• Significant experience in building retail store culture and managing end-to-end operations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset capable of building a successful model from the ground up.
• Ability to deliver a next-level brand merchandise experience and foster a winning culture.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective, and constant feedback.
• Lead with experience and empower teammates to bring their best every day.
• Engage with the community and support localized activations.
• Empower associates to own their areas of responsibility.
• Monitor daily store KPIs, sell-through, and inventory levels.
• Drive seasonal brand directives to ensure impactful and educational storytelling for consumers.
• Provide the highest standards of customer service.
• Manage staffing budget, scheduling, and office logistics.
• Uphold premium store visual standards and prepare products for new floor sets.
• Oversee daily operations of the store, including back-of-house activities, store cleanliness, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Self-sufficient, problem-solver with a strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
• Creativity demonstrated through assortment merchandising in the store.
• Experience and ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the fashion industry and a high level of personal performance.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Ability to travel as necessary (5-10%).
