We’re Looking for a Partner Coach

If you’re passionate about guiding couples through the transitions, communication challenges, and shared responsibilities of becoming and being parents—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead virtual one-on-one sessions with partners to assess relationship dynamics and parenting goals
2. Develop customized action plans for effective communication, conflict resolution, and equitable division of caregiving tasks
3. Teach co-parenting strategies: scheduling, decision-making frameworks, and boundary setting
4. Support couples through major transitions (pregnancy, postpartum, return-to-work, blended families)
5. Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Maintaining Connection After Baby” and “Teamwork in Parenting”
6. Provide follow-up coaching and resources, adjusting plans based on feedback and progress
7. Document session notes, milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal

You're a Great Fit If You

• Hold certification or training in relationship coaching, couples therapy, family systems, or equivalent
• Have hands-on experience supporting couples in life-transition contexts (perinatal, co-parenting, blended families)
• Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and skilled at facilitating honest, compassionate dialogue
• Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
• Want to focus on relationship-building outcomes—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
