We are seeking an Operations Lead to drive the infrastructure, systems, and cross-functional alignment that enable our next phase of growth. You’ll oversee end-to-end operations—from sourcing and production to internal workflows and business line launches.

This role will be instrumental in launching and scaling several new lines of business over the next 12 months. Beyond maintaining operational continuity, you’ll architect the systems and frameworks that turn early-stage ideas into profitable, self-sustaining business units.

Outsourced Production & Supply Chain Oversight

• Manage ingredient sourcing, contract manufacturing, packaging, and vendor relationships
• Align production schedules with demand forecasts and growth goals
• Oversee 3PL and logistics partners to ensure quality and reduce lead times

Internal Manufacturing & Development Systems

• Implement SOPs and QA workflows to support consistent scale
• Lead cross-functional planning, capacity management, and launch execution
• Maintain project tracking tools and operational dashboards (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable)

Business Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Collaborate with finance on vendor billing, purchase orders, and cost control
• Align timelines and resource allocation across product, fulfillment, and marketing
• Lead internal operations reviews and team-wide updates

New Business Line Enablement

• Turn early product and business concepts into scalable, profitable units
• Build structured launch plans with ownership, timelines, and performance metrics
• Partner with the CEO to evaluate feasibility, set infrastructure needs, and manage execution
• Develop modular systems that allow new verticals to integrate into core ops
• Monitor early performance and optimize for margin, scalability, and speed

• 7+ years in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing, ideally in consumer health, food, or supplements
• Skilled in managing 3PLs, vendors, and contract manufacturers
• Strategic thinker with systems-building experience and strong financial fluency
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of turning ambiguity into operational clarity
• Collaborative leader who thrives in founder-led organizations and mission-driven teams
