Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (OT/CHT) at our Issaquah clinic. Join our expert team of hand therapists in a fast-paced clinic offering *45-60 minute one-on-one sessions* and close collaboration with hand surgeons.

Compensation during the offer process will be determined based on factors such as compensation structure, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

*Qualifications*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington (required)
* Certified Hand Therapist or working toward certification
* Current CPR certification
* Effective communication and documentation skills
* Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Perform evaluations and create personalized therapy plans
* Deliver hands-on treatment with support from OT Assistants and Aides
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
* Maintain accurate, professional documentation
* Collaborate closely with physicians and maintain accurate records
* Ensure safety and quality of care in all therapy sessions
