A high-performing, top-producing real estate agent in Clatsop County is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join the team and provide immediate support. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong buyer representation experience and a desire to grow alongside a successful and client-focused business. Responsibilities: Your Role: You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards and exceptional service that clients have come to expect. You’ll step in right away to: • Call back prospects promptly and professionally • Show properties to qualified buyers • Represent buyers throughout the purchase process, including writing offers and coordinating transactions • Run errands, install/remove signs and lockboxes, attend inspections or final walkthroughs • Assist with client communications, scheduling, and light transaction coordination • Provide boots-on-the-ground support across the Clatsop County region Qualifications: • Active Oregon real estate license • Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience OR at least 30 closed transactions in the last 5 years • Proven ability to represent buyers with confidence and professionalism • Strong local knowledge of Clatsop County preferred • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Tech-savvy, organized, and self-directed • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-drama, client-first environment About Company: Real Estate Brokerage Located in Clatsop County
