About Chunk Foods:

Chunk Foods is revolutionizing the plant-based meat category with proprietary fermentation technology, creating whole-cut meat that deliver on taste, texture, and nutrition for both retail and foodservice.

The Role: Head Of Marketing:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our brand’s next phase of growth. This senior leader will own the end-to-end marketing strategy — spanning retail and foodservice — and will manage a network of external partners to execute best-in-class campaigns across PR, social, creative, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive demand across retail and foodservice.
  • Serve as the brand’s steward, crafting and maintaining a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative across all channels.
  • Lead and manage external agencies and fractional resources, including PR, social media, creative, and content.
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and campaign data into actionable marketing strategies with measurable impact.
  • Support the sales team with marketing tools, assets, and activations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee all trade and digital marketing efforts, including social media, trade shows, demos, and brand activations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in CPG (food or beauty) and/or foodservice — ideally in plant-based or innovative food sectors.
  • Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, and trade marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results in retail environments.
  • Experience managing external agencies and creative partners with a focus on ROI and execution excellence.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience managing trade shows, demos, and go-to-market events.
