Recruit and develop a high-performing national salesforce powering today’s top and emerging consumer brands.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Growth Associate to manage the full journey of sales reps on our platform—from initial outreach to early-stage performance and rep development. This role blends outbound recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance tracking. Your focus: identify high-potential reps, ramp them up quickly, and help them build a strong foundation for sales success.

This is a high-impact role that requires hustle, clear communication, and a process-oriented mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales leadership, operations, and product to scale what works—and fix what doesn’t.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified sales rep candidates across key U.S. markets
  • Own rep onboarding and activation, including catalog familiarity and platform training
  • Guide reps through their early-stage ramp-up, helping them develop core sales techniques and territory coverage
  • Track engagement and performance, intervening with coaching or resources as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruiting funnels, onboarding systems, and sales workflows
  • Coordinate and manage rep-facing communications (email blasts, mass texts, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years experience minimum in a fast-paced startup environment (sales, recruiting, GTM, or ops)
  • Proficiency with outbound sourcing tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Gem, or equivalent
  • Excellent communicator with strong coaching instincts and the ability to manage high-volume pipelines
  • Highly organized and data-aware — comfortable in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Bonus experience:

  • Working with gig/on-demand workforces
  • Tableau, SQL, Airtable, or database management
  • Workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier)
  • Managing community or mass-communication tools (Discord, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, etc.)
