Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

School Year: 2024 - 2025

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Spanish Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will teach Spanish to students in grades 6th through 8th at a public school in Charleston, South Carolina. This full-time position offers a wonderful opportunity to shape young minds and foster a love for the Spanish language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to a diverse group of learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic success.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school munity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field.
• Licensure: South Carolina Teacher's License with endorsements in Spanish for grades 6-8.
