Dock Worker – Physical Labor & Floor Support Location: 475 Prior Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55104 Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support other departments as needed Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Dock Worker to assist with the manual loading and unloading of units. This role is highly physical and requires constant movement, lifting, and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable lifting damaged bags weighing up to 50 lbs and are expected to remain on the floor and actively engaged. Key Responsibilities: Manually load and unload units from trailers with a team Handle and reposition damaged or heavy bags (up to 50 lbs) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Flex into other operational areas as needed (e.g., strapping, staging, inspection) Follow all safety protocols and team coordination procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
