Position Summary

Prov is seeking a Contract & Program Manager to ensure full compliance with a key client contract to include leading program coordination for test development for that contract. This role requires a balance of literal contract interpretation, client liaison duties, and internal leadership to ensure all commitments are executed accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and capable of transforming contractual obligations into strategic deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Compliance & Oversight
  • Interpret and enforce the terms of the contract with accuracy.
  • Ensure that all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are fulfilled exactly as written.
  • Monitor contract performance and escalate risks of non-compliance.
  • Client Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all contract-related matters.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to maintain alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Address and resolve client concerns within the scope of the agreement.
  • Internal Coordination
  • Translate contract terms into internal operational action items.
  • Provide direction and oversight to internal teams on execution of contractual responsibilities.
  • Conduct audits and internal reviews to ensure alignment with the contract.
  • Contract Driven Test Development Management
  • Develop and implement strategies for exam development in alignment with contracted client goals.
  • Ensure clients exams meet quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support test creation and distribution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the exam development process.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges or delays.
  • Maintain documentation of decisions, updates, and process changes.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular reports on test development progress and compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management, project management, or program coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents literally.
  • Proven ability to lead internal teams and interface with external stakeholders.
  • Experience tracking deliverables and managing performance across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in exam development, educational services, or a compliance-heavy environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory contracts or government partnerships.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
