RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Writes schedule for maintenance partners.
• Assists in training of new maintenance partners.
• Writes daily job lists for maintenance partners.
• Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Operations Manager.
• Provides superlative customer service.
• Sweeps, mops, and polishes store floors.
• Cleans restrooms.
• Continually empties trash receptacles throughout store.
• Assists Operations Manager with supervision of 3-5 employees.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous Maintenance experience preferred.
