Business Analyst (Contract) - Hybrid (Baltimore)

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: Up to $34.82/hr (W2)
Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension)

About the Role:
We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst (3-5 years) to support a key project within Business and Operations teams. You will gather requirements, map processes, create documentation, and track progress across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery while highlighting issues requiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements from Business and Operations.
• Create BRDs for required changes and map out key stakeholders across BU, Ops, and Tech.
• Initiate project kickoff meetings and align on target dates.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
• Perform business analysis and draft process flows.
• Produce project documentation, functional and non-functional requirements, and process models.
• Track measurable success factors and maintain a RAID log.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and creating BRDs.
• Ability to perform business process mapping and produce clear documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with RAID logs and tracking measurable project success factors.
