What Will You Do in This Role? A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills How Can You Benefit?
